Giovanni di Simone Iniziato nel 1277 dall' architetto Giovanni di Simone, presenta una struttura rettangolare con all'interno un chiostro in arcate gotiche. Come ci racconta la tradizione, la struttura è stata edificata attorno a una gran quantità di Terra Santa proveniente dal luogo in cui fu crocifisso Gesù.
