Come avere la fibra fino a casa?
Per portare la fibra ottica in casa per la prima volta non è sufficiente limitarsi ad attivare un nuovo abbonamento. La procedura di attivare di un'offerta FTTH prevede, infatti, l'intervento di un tecnico specializzato, che sarà inviato direttamente dal proprio operatore senza costi aggiuntivi per il cliente.

Il tecnico installa il Modem/Router del cliente e lo collega alla borchia ottica. Dopodiché chiama il SOC di Open Fiber per verificare il corretto funzionamento, effettuando alcuni test.
