Come fare per richiedere assistenza in aeroporto?
Per poter usufruire del servizio bisogna fare una richiesta alla compagnia di volo scelta, all'agenzia di viaggi o al tour operator che organizza il viaggio, almeno 48 ore prima della partenza. A questo punto al viaggiatore che necessita di assistenza sarà assegnato un codice in base alle necessità.
Come sale un disabile in aereo?
In base ai regolamenti vigenti gli operatori non possono rifiutare la prenotazione o l'imbarco di un passeggero con disabilità o mobilità ridotta e non possono assolutamente applicare alcun supplemento per il trasporto delle sedie a rotelle.
