2021 Audi ha annunciato la possibilità di poter ordinare in Italia la nuova Q5 Sportback. Il SUV Coupé è disponibile nelle versioni d'ingresso, Business Advanced, S line ed S line plus. Nelle concessionarie italiane arriverà a partire dal giugno del 2021. I prezzi partono da 56.500 euro.

Two powertrains are offered — a 261-hp turbocharged four-cylinder or a 362-hp plug-in hybrid — with Audi Quattro all-wheel-drive standard on both versions.
