Come chiedere il rimborso Italo?
Attraverso il numero di telefono 892020 comunicando il numero del biglietto. Più semplicemente in biglietteria, chiedendo il risarcimento del biglietto Italo. Il rimborso è previsto entro 30 giorni, direttamente sul propro conto corrente oppure sul conto “Italo più” per chi è iscritto.
Quando chiedere il rimborso Italo?
tra i 60 minuti e i 119 minuti di ritardo in arrivo, Italo ti riconosce automaticamente un indennizzo pari al 25% del prezzo del biglietto. con un ritardo in arrivo superiore ai 120 minuti, Italo ti riconosce automaticamente un indennizzo pari al 50% del prezzo del biglietto.
Come chiedere il rimborso per ritardo Italo?
Per farlo devi:
- Loggarti sul sito Italo con il tuo account;
- Cliccare su “Indennizzo” e poi su “Voucher”;
- Inserisci quindi il codice del tuo voucher e il codice biglietto;
- Infine clicca su “Monetizza” e compila il modulo di rimborso.
