La S.P.A.L., acronimo di Società Polisportiva Ars et Labor, è una società calcistica italiana con sede nella città di Ferrara. Fondata come circolo religioso-culturale Ars et Labor nel 1907, divenne in breve tempo polisportiva, affiliando la propria sezione calcistica alla FIGC nel 1910 come Ferrara Foot-Ball Club.
